AI Tax Consent

Last Updated: Oct 25, 2026

1. What you are agreeing to

DynaTax AI Inc. ("DynaTax AI", "we") asks your consent to use your tax return information with an AI assistant, Dyna. Dyna reads the numbers and documents you give us (income and expenses, bank and card statements, prior returns, tax forms and letters) to keep your books, tell you what you would owe, and prepare your tax return for you to check and sign.

Every number on your return is worked out by our code from your books. Dyna reads, sorts, explains and asks; it does not make up figures, and nothing is filed until you sign.

2. Who sees your information

Your information is processed by DynaTax AI and by the AI model providers listed on our Subprocessors page, only to answer your requests. Those providers may not use your information to train their models or for any other purpose.

If you choose to share your return with a tax professional, that professional sees it. Nobody else does unless the law requires it.

3. How long this consent lasts

This consent lasts until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Privacy, or by writing to privacy@dynatax.ai. After you withdraw it, Dyna stops using your tax information; the return you have already signed is not affected.

4. You can say no

Federal law requires this consent form be provided to you. Unless authorized by law, we cannot use your tax return information for purposes other than the preparation and filing of your tax return without your consent.

You are not required to complete this form. If you do not agree, you can still keep your books in DynaTax AI and download your numbers; Dyna will not read your tax information to prepare a return.

If you believe your tax return information has been disclosed or used improperly in a manner unauthorized by law or without your permission, you may contact the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) by telephone at 1-800-366-4484, or by email at complaints@tigta.treas.gov.
