Ready the first time
There is no setup wizard. Your firm’s books are created with a starting chart of accounts as soon as the firm is in the app, so the first time you open them you land on the overview.
The tools you already know
Connect the firm’s bank accounts, categorize transactions, attach receipts, reconcile, close periods and run a P&L or balance sheet, on the same screens you use for client work. There is nothing new to learn.
Never mixed with clients
Firm books never appear in your client list, client switcher or client counts, and no client can ever see them. They are part of your firm, not a client you took on.
Private inside the firm
